We’re a small company, originally formed in 1993; we’ve recently moved to larger premises in Wavertree, Liverpool, UK. We are proud of our association with Liverpool as the city has been selected to be European Capital of Culture in 2008. There are 6 of us altogether......Barry, Eve, Caroline, Alison, Colin and Maxine.

Barry – I’m the boss. My official title is Managing Director but I answer to most names, as long as they’re not rude! I have worked in textile manufacturing all my working life, both here in the UK and in Zambia. I could tell you lots of interesting stories about my experiences but don’t get me started!
	Caroline – I’m the Daisy designer and I’m a mad-keen stitcher. I travel in from Cheshire, where I live with my husband Adrian and our daughter, Abigail, who is lovely. Well, most of the time...
Eve – I’m married to Barry and we have four children – Abi, Debbie, Rachel and Adam. I was originally a nurse before I came to work in the business – that’s why they call me the bossy one! I do the accounts and look after the website (with some help from Adam!) and any other paperwork that needs doing.

	Then there’s Alison and Maxine, who are real dab-hands at cutting, sewing and packing and Colin, our warehouseman. We’re a close team and we’re all one big happy family!
