The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions placed through www.daisy-designs.co.uk. Placement of an order is taken to be an acceptance of these terms and conditions. The terms do not affect the consumer’s statutory rights. All prices are in pounds sterling. Payment can be made by Amex, Visa, Visa Debit/Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Solo, UK Maestro via the Protx secure payment system. Payment will be debited from your account before the dispatch of your purchase. Goods will usually be dispatched by second class post (UK) or airmail (overseas) within 5 working days. This may be extended during holiday periods but will always be within 21 days. Delivery within the UK is charged at £1.00 per order. Delivery overseas is charged at £3.00 per order. All products are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. If your order is lost or damaged in transit we will replace it or offer you a refund. In the case of non-delivery please wait for 15 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed.
